All items require 1-2 weeks to create and deliver and will be shipped using 2-day UPS, insured postage. Some products qualify for “Rush” status if a rush fee is available. Please contact Renee Cuneo or email renee@myskyjewelry.com for a special order of this nature.
My Sky can only offer exchanges or returns if the piece is damaged in shipping. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact renee@myskyjewelry.com for additional assistance. In the case of extreme circumstances, returns may be accepted. All pieces will be replaced if damaged in shipping and will be repaired if the damage is not typical for up to 5 years from the date of purchase.
